Glenn Dicterow started his phenomenal career as a touring soloist who performed across the country. After winning many prestigious competitions, he decided to build a life as an orchestra musician taking solo opportunities as they appeared. For the last 20 years, he has sat at the helm of the New York Philharmonic as its illustrious concertmaster. In addition to his influence as a performer, Dicterow is an esteemed violin teacher and chamber musician.
